Job Description: As a Retail & Event Sales Representative, you will be the face of Forward Focus Acquisitions, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail & event environment to understand their energy needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our energy products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and company events to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, needs, and concerns.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail & event sales or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation to various retail & event locations within West Pennsylvania.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
